A compendium of hugs is a poem created in April 2020 amidst COVID-19 and social distancing measures. It is both a detailed love letter to individual hugs, and a tender dedication to the power of holding and being held. The work was translated into a work on paper and will be on display in the window of Study artspace in Brunswick, Melbourne, 26 April – 9 May, 2020. The poem can be heard in full here.
