This work features hand embroidery on cotton with digital print and is an examination of the fawn response. This work features the repeated text of ‘sorry’ in digital print and the words ‘I’m not sorry anymore’ punctuates the canvas in red hand-embroidered text. The work is a celebration of survival and a reclamation of personal agency and autonomy.
